MARTA CASTELLANOS-CAMPANA

Marta founded MCC Leadership Coaching with the commitment to support and empower individuals and organizations to excel.  With more than 25 years of Corporate and Entrepreneurial experience, Marta combines her leadership and coaching skills with her international business experience, to thoroughly understand her clients’ priorities and work with them to develop and implement positive and sustainable leadership and change initiatives.

Marta has helped senior executives, business owners and leaders build on current levels of success, navigate effectively through challenges and transitions, and achieve breakthrough results.  She has worked alongside global companies such as Discovery Communications, Coty, L’Oreal, Hermes, and Puig.

Prior to becoming a coach, Marta held general management roles in the beauty industry at L’Oreal Luxury Products in the Americas.  Her experience leading global and diverse teams in multinationals as well as on privately-owned companies allowed Marta to develop a broad perspective into the business world and an in-depth understanding of talent development in multicultural environments. A former associate Executive Coach at Right Management’s Leadership Development and Career Management team, Marta draws from these unique synergies to fuel her passion for inspiring people to achieve extraordinary results by releasing their full power and potential, while having fun!

An ICF Certified Executive Coach, and a graduate of the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Marta holds a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a B.A in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

She is an ELI (Energy Leadership Index) Master Practitioner and is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Core Values Index, among other assessments.

Marta is committed to life-long learning and to continuously developing her own leadership skills.  She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese; proficient in French and Italian.

In her spare time Marta enjoys traveling, she is an outdoors enthusiast, particularly marveling at a sunrise or a sunset anywhere in the world in the company of her family and friends. Marta is based in Miami, Florida.
