When hired for a coaching engagement, we first work with our client to complete a thorough assessment of the current situation and agree on goals and desired outcomes that are aligned with the individual and organizational objectives and needs.

We employ best practices and combine our professional expertise with a variety of applicable tools and resources, including psychometric and attitudinal self-assessments and 360° feedback instruments, to support the coaching process.

We take a holistic approach, cultivating higher levels of self-awareness, mindfulness and a growth mindset, empowering our client to unlock potential from within. We believe any transformation must be driven by new skills and positive, sustainable change in behaviors.

Our integral approach is simple, detailed, and adapted to the uniqueness of each individual, each organization, and each situation. Each coaching package is highly personalized to specific goals and parameters.

Coaching sessions are done via phone or face-to-face, in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

After the engagement is complete, we gather feedback and complete a review to determine the effectiveness of the process and ensure client satisfaction.
